By using vidhaul.com (the "Service") you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. The Service

VidHaul provides free online tools to compress, convert, cut and crop video and audio files and to make GIFs. The tools run in your web browser and process files on your own device; files are not uploaded to us.

2. Your files and your responsibility

• Use the tools only with files you own or have the right to edit and convert.
• You are responsible for how you use the files you create, including respecting copyright and other rights.
• Keep your own backup of important originals; processing creates a new file and doesn't change the original, but we can't guarantee any result.

3. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to break the law, infringe rights, or to attack, overload or reverse-engineer the website.

4. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Results depend on your file, your browser and your device, and some files or browsers may not be supported.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, VidHaul is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the Service.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
