Before you write
- "Your browser can't run this tool" — update your browser, or try the latest Chrome, Edge or Safari.
- Very large files are slow — everything runs on your device, so big files take longer on phones. Try a computer, or first cut the video into a shorter part with the Video Cutter.
- The compressed video isn't smaller — it was already well compressed. Try a lower resolution or a target size in the Video Compressor.
When you report a problem
- Which tool you used and the options you chose
- The file type and roughly its size and length (please don't send the file itself)
- Your device and browser, for example "Android, Chrome" or "iPhone, Safari"
- The exact message you saw, or a screenshot
