This Privacy Policy explains what information VidHaul ("we", "us") collects when you use vidhaul.com (the "Service"). The short version: your files never leave your device.

1. Your files

Every VidHaul tool — compressing, converting, cutting, cropping and making GIFs — runs inside your web browser using your own device's processing power. The files you choose are read and processed locally and arenever uploaded to our servers. We cannot see, store or share them. When you close the page, they are gone from the browser's memory.

2. Information we collect

Server logs

Like most websites, the servers that deliver our pages automatically record basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested. This is used only to keep the site running and secure, and is kept for a limited time.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (for example which tools are popular). It uses cookies and collects data such as approximate location, device and pages visited — never your files. Advertising

To keep VidHaul free we show ads, including from Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies to show ads based on your visits to this and other websites. You can manage personalised ads atadssettings.google.com.

3. What we don't collect

• No accounts, names, email addresses or passwords are needed.
• We never receive or store the files you process.
• We don't sell personal information.

4. Cookies

The tools themselves don't need cookies. Cookies may be set by Google Analytics and advertising partners as described above. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the tools will still work.

5. Installed web app

If you add VidHaul to your home screen, your browser keeps a small copy of our pages so the app opens quickly. This stays on your device and can be removed by uninstalling the app or clearing site data.

6. Children

The Service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under GDPR, CCPA or India's DPDP Act), you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you. Because we don't run accounts or receive your files, we hold very little that can identify you. Email us to make a request.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version.
